Traditional Haggadot
This section highlights some of the Library's illustrated Passover texts, handwritten and printed, that range from the 15th to the 19th centuries and include languages such as Hebrew, Yiddish, Ladino and Marathi. These texts provide a glimpse into the evolution of traditional Haggadah artistry and highlight the characteristics that set standards for generations of creators.
